According to the Transcript form provided by Delhi University, the required documents do not mention Original passport as a requirement but when my nominee went to submit the form, they refused to accept the form on the grounds of not producing original passport. There is no provision for fee refund and the website for payment of fee doesn't mention anything regarding refund.
Also, neither the transcript form nor the website mentions anything about the validity of the fee receipt before paying the fees. Only after the fees has been paid, the fee receipt mentions that it is valid for 7 days only. Since, I cannot use this fee receipt in the future and since my passport is not available right now, I would like a fee refund. Was this information helpful? |
