Delhi University — transcript fees

Address: New Delhi, Delhi, 110045

This is in regards to fees paid to obtain official transcript of marks from delhi university on 21/07/2018. However, due to incomplete documents i'm not able to apply for it. Now, i'm not sure for how long this receipt is valid as certain official in du told me that it's only valid for 7 days. Could you please help me to get this fees refunded or is there any provision o[censored]sing the same receipt once i have my documents ready with me.
