Delhi University — UG admission fee refund

This is related to admission fees refund for my daughter Ritoja Kundu, form number 20515345, against her admission in UG Microbiology Hons in Gargi college vide ref no 33177/GARGI/52/1. I have deposited adm fee Rs 15045 & subsequently cancellation fee Rs 1000 in Oct 2020. I am yet to get refund credited back to my a/c. I have mailed to DU helpline but no response received till date.
