Delhi University — unable to upload soft copy of degree

Hi,

During the online application of degree attestation dated on march 7, 2019, around 11 pm, i got stuck in the fourth step i. E. Certificate upload and couldn’t upload the soft copy of my degree. The page shows ‘no examination details’ and also, doesn’t provide any link to upload the degree.
Despite, several attempts the problem was persistent.

I am attaching a screenshot for your reference.
Kindly look into the matter and help me get through the process.

Hello,

I am still unable to upload softcopy of my degree under 'Certificate upload'. I had complained on March 8 and was informed that I would receive a reply from customer representative on the problem and it's been 3 months but I still haven't received any reply. Kindly, help or provide an alternative solution as I really need attested copies of my degree.
