I am 76 years senior citizen. I paid Rs 1859/- for installation for 3 months 20 mbps connection to Den Broadband (Transaction I D: FRCRQ[protected]). After three days company team visited my house and checked my exiting wiring by installing their meter and found it excellent. Next day the person Mr. Saurabh, who had booked the scheme, along with the engineer came to install the Modem. The Modem quality was so poor that it was giving only 2(two) mbps, which was not sufficient, even for nearby tablet. After struggling with it, they finally gave up and ask me to apply for refund. To process the refund, Mr. Saurabh collected a cancelled cheque from me and left. I do not need Den Broadband services any more. Please refund my deposit amount of Rs. 1859/- . Please do not keep me waiting for the refund.
On 25th August, I recharged my connection and upgraded the plan from 20 MBPS to 50 mbps do they have taken the complete amount to but are not able to provide 50 MBPS internet speed have been continuously following with the customer care and their executive but they failed to provide the solution or resolve my issue I don't know why I can't support 50 MBPS plan why do they offer it has been high time dealing with them I would like to mention they are fraud I have been asking the customer care to refund my amount which they are denying so I need help from someone into the problem
