Team DEN NETWORK,

I bought den network cable tv stb box THROUGH MOHAN & KHURSHID OF VASUNDHRA.
I have faced lot of trouble with the connection and have raised the concerns earlier also.
And because of lot of issues faced, finally i decided to not continue with den network cable connection.
I have already given the request in written...

Den Networks — Broadband connection not working since 28th January 2024 - Ticket - 2431978

Broadband connection was recharged on 28th January 2024 however it's not working since then. I have complaint multiple time on their customer care number and send them an email to either fix the issue or issue a refund. So far no one has reached out to me till today 23rd February 2024 and now they have stopped responding back on my emails as well. Whenever I called to their customer care they say wait for 24 hours, I asked them for TAT being...
