[Resolved]  DEN Broadband — Pathetic Service

Hi I installed Den Broadband on November 27, 2014. Sales representative Gulshan who installed the Internet saying that you will get 4 days of trial period and your Internet plan would start from December 1st, 2014 and next you have to pay on January 1st, 2015. Now he is saying your Internet would be disconnected if you don't pay up by 28th December, 2014. I tried calling there helpline number at [protected] they refuse to lodge the complaint and asking me to pay them up. Sales Rep who wanted to meet his month end target made false promise so that he can achieve his target.
