I spend Rs 1425/- in setting up DEN cable for TV and spend Rs 600/- extra for cable wire.
Since beginning, the box does not work properly, every other day signals are lost.
Many many complaints but cable operator does not change box rather they say there is no fault from our side
Then contacted DEN company through website. They resolved problem once and one week was TV was working.
Now again the same problem, no signals are received. Cable operator does not listen neither they receive phone calls.
I asked DEN company to take back the box and return my money, which they charged in the name of set up box.
DEN says there is no refund policy and they can not do much about it. So I am reshuffling between DEN company and the local cable operator.
What I want now:
I want my money back for set up box, which around 1425/- and they take be the cable box.
