Den Snapdeal Tv-Shop — No refund

I order an item from den snapdeal tv-shop, but since the quality was poor, i returned the item back to den snapdeal tv-shop, through indiapost tracking number: em[protected]in

But the item was not accepted by den snapdeal tv-shop from india post and now being sent back to me. (Please refer india post tracking https://www.indiapost.gov.in/VAS/Pages/trackconsignment.aspx)

I am continuously calling den snapdeal tv-shop at [protected] and only thing they say is that, " we will escalate and i should receive a call in 24-48 hours) but nothing happens. Pissed off with their service, i am losing rs 1600+229 (Return courier charges).

Never shop with this company.

Size of jacket are altered in collar .it was written right in packet but different in actual.
