Derby Communications — taking back my complaints about refunding.

Ok. Thanks for your support sr. I'm really thankful for your support. Today they (Derby communication) called me that they are feeling very sorry and accepting there fault. And they also gave me a hopeful believe in about my refunding. They committed me that they will surely refunds my amount.
So that sr. I'm recalling my compliments, i'm taking back my complents. And i'm requesting you that please don't take action against them now. Please. Because they suggested me that if i will be taken back my complents, they will refund me with 24th hour.
If they will not complete their commitment then again i will do the complents with call recording for a proof avidence. Thanks. 🙏
