Derby Communications — Unauthorised charges of inr 7999 on my credit card and unethical behavior

I got a phone call from a person acting as a master/visa credit card executive on 24 may 16. He told that he was calling from a derby india and due to your regular payments to credit card we are offering you a policy. The policy worth rs. 7999.00 and many supporting offers was also attached. He then transfered the phone to his senior he was calling himself realtionship manager of company - yogesh mehra. Employee id - i0277. He convinced me with his smart tactics and i purchased it without enquiring enough details about the company. I became a fool. They tricked me and told me that i am saving my 60-70k with all these offers and made me do a credit card payment worth inr 7999. The person who called talked very smartly can't make it out that they are faking it. And eventually i convinced me to do a payment. After making a payment i didnt recieve any confirmation mail. So then my brain got stricking that it might be a fraud and i tried googling about derby india and found many same complaint about the credit card scam. Then i went and called my phonebanking number and reported fraud and got my credit card block to avoid further transaction because my card details was exposed to these frauds. Today on 25 may 16, when i called these people on their helpline number given by the person called -"yogesh mehra"to cancel the order and refund the amount as i no longer need this. They said we dont have a cancellation policy on this. What is this policy that don't have a cancellation and refund. I came to understand that i have been fooled by this fraud company as read in other complaints they do and after that a girl named "dolly" from derby india called and started speaking very rudely and said we cant refund your amount. I feel cheated. I should not have done the transaction over phone without proper inquiry. So i request others also not become a victim to this fraud and dont do any credit card transaction over phone and don't get carried away with lucrative deals and offers. I am attaching the snapshot of the offers they give.

They have refused to refund my amount bluntly.
