Dg Shipping — Unable to Reapply for Indian CDC after it is rejected due to non uploading the batch details of PSSR Course

Sir,

I have applied for indian CDC in Sept 2017 and it got rejected for the reason the batch details of my PSSR Course i did in 2014 from Setrac Institute in Belapur is not uploaded. However i received the INDOS No in 2014 after the verification of all my STCW courses.

I tried to contact the institute but they failed to upload the batch details.

Any way i again did the PSSR Course from BP marine Acadamy belapr and its batch details are uploaded in the dg website. But when i am going to reapply for my CDC, the same previous message is showing ( ie the batch details of PSSR course is not uploaded).

I am attaching my INDOS Certificate, old PSSR Certificate, New PSSR Certificate, Rejection letter.

Please advice me, how to remove this message and reapply for Indian CDC.
