[Resolved]  Dgca - Aviation — cancellation of flight by airline

I have booked the flight from jet airlines on 17th jan 2019 for 9th march 2019 from jodhpur to kolkata (Via delhi) for rs 5727. On 27th feb 2019 i recieved an email from jet airlines stating that your flight from delhi to kolkata is cancelled. I tried calling several times on there customer care no. But the call was not answered. So i went to there office in kolkata where with my acceptance they rescheduled my flight to jodhpur to kolkata (Via mumbai). However the layover time for new arrangements were very tough and i had only 30 min of lay over time in mumbai, but still i agreed. Now on 4th of march late night i recieved an another email from jet airlines stating that your flight from mumbai to kolkata is also cancelled. I tried calling on there customare care no. But no satisfactory reply was given. So i went in to there office in jodhpur where they told me that only late night flight of 2 am was available from mumbai to kolkata. As due to my health problems i am not able to travel at late night i demanded the full refund. For which they told me that you need to contact your agent (I. E in my case is yatra.com). So i contacted yatra.com. First of all they replied me back after 5 to 6 hrs and asked me to wait for 24 to 48 hrs for reply from there side regarding refund. Now the situation is i need to travel kolkata on urgent basis on 9th march but i am having no booking. Also my refundable amount is also not processed. Further more now when i am going for fresh booking for 9th march from jodhpur to kolkata it is costing me rs 11000 approx. Also nobody is hearing and understanding my problem neither the airlines nor the yatra.com.

I request you to please help me to get my refund back from jet airlines and yatra.com and provide me compensation for increased flight charges. Also i would request you to please provide me compensation for mental harrasment that have been caused by irregular and unprofessional behaviour of airlines and agent. Also i would reaquest you to please take serious action against the airlines so that nobody in near future suffers like this. Thank u
