I booked a 5:25 AM flight from Mumbai to Goa for 23rd Jan 2016. They overbooked the flight and didn't allow me to board the flight which I booked. And have me the clarification that as per the latest DGCA rules this is how it is now. Airlines are allowed to overbook flights. Than after an hour of discussions and illogical points by go air employee, they finally reimbursed the airfare and booked me on the next flight scheduled at 11:35 Am. Now that flight is delayed and rescheduled at 12:45 Pm. I will be facing huge business losses due to this. When I called their customer care, they are not lodging a complaint and clarifying that we can't do anything. Please take a strict action against this careless airline and save us consumers from being harassed. Was this information helpful? |
