Dgvcl Balitha Vapi — not receiving 2 phase line instead of 3 phase line

i reside in udwada, orwada, opp to fruit market yard, NH no 8 DIV : vapi, Dist: valsad. i have 3 phase meter already since 30 years ! But from last 3 year, the line from transformer had been damaged and not repaired yet.i have already complained about this problem in balitha, vapi and also paid Rs.4500 for 300 metre wire for 2 phase line ( which was damaged ). So i thereby request you to please see to our problem and start or repair our 3 phase connection as early as possible.
