Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Partha Biswas. A resident of Coochbehar. I am using Dhani Pay since 2 months. On the date of 16 Sep 2021 I had made a electricity bill payment of worth Rs 795 through Dhani Pay wallet. Balance deducted from Dhani Pay wallet but WEBSECDL had not received the payment yet.I communicate with Electricity department they shows all payment state from the computer screen but there is no payment of Rs 795 .However I further communicate with Dhani Pay customer care they are just telling payment has been successful from their site. They will not refund my hard earned money.Plese Sir take the legal step this type of fraud company. Was this information helpful? |
