Sir i have made a transaction of 9000 rupees using dhani wallet on 18 july 2021 time 02.01pm on paytm but transaction failed to some reason the amount was refunded back to the source account means the dhani wallet paytm on the same day but till now the refund is not credited to my wallet. I have done transfer of Rs 1550 to my bank account from my dhani pay wallet yesterday in banking hours nearly done in the morning but not credited to my beneficiary account yet for which screenshot of the transfer initiated is attached herewith for your reference and i also want to state that i have mailed 3 times before regarding same issue to ([protected]@dhani.com) and ([protected]@dhanipay.in) but i have not got any reply from any end....

I had installed dhani pay app in september and then immediately uninstalled as i read the bad reviews on google play store.
