Hi Consumer Complaints Team,
My self Kranthi Kumar, I have opted for DHL Cargo Packers and Movers for shifting my House Hold items from Chennai(TN) to Vizayanagaram(AP). While delivery I seen many of my items got damaged in transport. I have opted for Insuarnce for my House Hold Items like Telivision, Refigerators, Air Conditioners, Dining etc., .
But while I am trying to claim the same for the damaged products DHL team is not at all respoinding. They are not answering my call and disconnecting my call when I try to reach from different number after listening to my Name. I have all the proofs and prhotographs for damaged products along with insurance documents.
