I had used the services for relocation from Chennai to Delhi on 12th February 2016. While delivering my thing to me in the month of March, DHL Cargo packers and Movers had not delivered my LG 32 inch LED TV and they had stated the reason that the TV had got stolen from thier godown. They had promised me that i will be refunded the cost of the TV or else they buy me a similliar TV, However it is been 07 months and they have yet not compensated me for the same. I have been following up since last 07 months but everytime i was given a false hope. Was this information helpful? |
