Dear Sir/Ma'am,
This is to inform you that I Hari om maurya, my CDC NO. MUM148346 and lNDOS No.08GL0216 had applied for my SID Nine months Back until now I have not received due to wrong address and pin code as it's been returned again to Mumbai MMD. So kindly request you too please check and resend with correct address as it's been mentioned in below file . Eagerly waiting for your reply.

Respected Sir/Mam,
My name is Navin kumar Pandey my application got rejected two time with different reasons
1). 10 th board verification not done on time (SMO (K) /2023/47853
2). Name in matriculation certificate is different from passport SMO(M)/ 2023/250951.
But by using same 10 th certificate I have made my passport, generally in bihar and Jharkhand in school most of the people don't write surname only this...

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that my self SOHAN LAL PRADHAN, INDOS -16EL1002, CDC NO.- CHN 103490, Application no.- DUP/SMO(C)/2023/429 . I had applied for Duplicate CDC on 2nd April and still showing under process. So kindly advise what is the problem regarding this and what should I do next to get My CDC.

It has been 6 months so far after BSID bio metric data captured, still “application Status” shows, your SID card is ready and forwarded for dispatch, payment status still active even after 3 months, numerous mails to, dg shipping and request to some authorities on twitter still no response to my mails.
Dg circular says queries will be responded within 3 days...

Sir my sud appointment is not getting cancelled it is showing it is still in process
and also even after appointment date has passed it is not getting rescheduled.

I Applied for CDC Renewal in Chennai shipping master office...The problem is payment is done in my side. But there dgshipping payment mode showing your not paid the amount and after I am sent to the gmail to concern shipping master office.. Still they are not respond...it's very sad...please solve my problem......

On 16th may I got main from DG shipping that my CDC application is under verification.

I call to NIOS office as well as SMO mumbai they are not responding on call or mail.

Kindly help what is the next step as i need CDC urgently to join ship.

My CDC application ID is [SMO(M)/2023/249061], the CDC has been approved from last 13 days and I'm still waiting for it to be dispatched please help me with that, as my company has been waiting for the documents for the joining processes and i will need it to apply for SID card as well as mentioned online it should take only 5-7 days for it to dispatched after approval...
