IT DISPLAYS A MESSAGE "Your SID Card has been issued and it's forwarded for printing. " SINCE 29/03/2023.

Unable to submit new application for BSID

I am Dinesh Thakur Indos no - 10HL2398 trying to apply for SID but it showing that your application is in progress.
Last time I applied for SID in 2019 and I got appointment on 13 Jan 2020 at NOIDA MMD but due to health problem i could not able to went for my appointment and I cancelled it. Still it is showing my appointment there and I am not able to submit the application for new appointment. I also paid fees again.
