No registration After taking Full payment, Reso villa cottage
I santosh Ambavkar ( owner of Cottage No.7) have made 100% payment for this project of Disha Direct in Reso Villa Project Manor since Jan 2016 (INR 25, 00, 000). All requested formalities have been completed by me on request by the company. They were agreesive till they did not get 100% payment. Once they ( Disha Direct) received their payment they have just vanished. I have been persistently following up with them to do the registration but they have not provided me with a definitive and clear honest response. Every follow up from my end has led to a new story being shared with me Their representatives on the project keep changing their emails and do not respond to your calls and provide false promises of calling back. . . which never happens... I am helpless as repeated follow ups are not leading me anywhere and their representatives - ranging from their sales head to their legal head are all just lying !!! I am hoping that this Complaint here reaches to someone who can help me and guide me. My had earned money is in the hands of the cheaters - thats the feeling i have !!! PLEASE HELP !!
For This Project I collect Money Form My Saving, Some Fathers Retirement Fund & some frome Loan From Bank . They Promised me to give Registration in jan 2016. but Nothing happened. Now I am Very Depressed .and Santosh Naik Will be Responsible For this, In sep 2016 We loadged complaint in Vikramgad Police station . He agried to Give my Refund money. So He gave 3 month Advance cheque amount rs 25 lakhs . After waiting 3month We filled cheque in bank Where All cheque bounce except one cheque rs 4 lakhs . We send 138 negotiable act Notice from my lawyer
Now I decide to file 138 case as well as Consumer court .
