Dear Sir.
1. Sel[censored]ndergone Left Eye Cataract operation at Disha Eye hospital, New town, Kolkata on
30 March 21 as cash less package of Rs 26000.00 from Bajaj Allianz Insurance.
2.Claim put up by Disha hospital for Rs 26000.00. However Rs 17500.00 cashless was
approved by Bajaj Insurance as on operation day i.e 30 March 21.
3. Disha Hospital collected balance Rs 8500.00 in cash from me prior my eye operation
4. Bajaj Allianz vide their mail dated 13 April 2021 ( kindly refer below mail ) informed
that Rs 26000.00 ( i.e full package amount ) has been approved and settled.

5. It is regretted to inform that in spite of repeated confirmation from Insurer Bajaj Allianz
to Disha Hospital that they paid to Disha Hospital full Rs 26000.00 and settled the claim on 08 April 21 through Standard Chartered Bank,
Disha Hospital failed to return me back Rs 8500.00 even after my repeated request .
This is causing harassment to 68 yrs old Senior Citizen.
6. Hence it is requested kindly return my Rs 8500.00 earliest.
7. Request confirm earliest.

My mom had cataract surgery last month, but a week later when we had a checkup date, we shared our problem that my mom had a cataract problem and still had a eye issues then the doctor behave so rudely and say what should i do, you can go to another doctor ..they misbehaving with us

TODAY I WENT TO DO LASER TREATMENT.AT 3.16PM. IT TOOK 3HRS.
The person who did the laser treatment, he told that iam not well so he didn't completed the treatment and said come after 3 week again do all the test and again he will do it.
My question is...
Our time & money re of no value?
