I have placed an order with KK Sarees, My Order Id is[protected] and AwB is [protected]. I had placed order for excellent multi colour soft saree worth Rs. 999 + 150 (Shipping charges). It has been delivered yesterday and the saree delivered is completely different. I have even mail the complaint on enquiry.[protected]@gmail.com theres no respond for mail. A lady called me yesterday from kk sarees before delivery and now if i call she's not responding. If you can't delivery the proper item and if you can't respond to the customers regret then why are you running this nonsense company.

I need an immediate reply for all my messages mails and phone calls and I need the product to be replaced immediately.
