Dombivli Auto-Rickshaws — extra fare charged by auto driver

It takes 8 rupees from dombivli station to agarwal hall by share auto. But today when i gave 50 rupees to driver he charged rupees 10 for each person. He refused to give me change when i demanded. Number plate mh 05 bg 8728. Auto rickshaw drivers charge money as of their own wish because they know that passengers don't have any alternative way to travel in dombivli.

Normally dombivali station to kopargaon (direct not on sharing basis) fare is 20rs. but MH05DL6807 riksha driver demanding 30rs. he said it far away from station. i want to complaint against him and i want cancel his driving license.
