The delivered pizza is found to be damaged, the stand above the was missing due to which the cover of the pizza was stick all over the pizza. The cardboard cover mess with the complete pizza.
When we raised a compliant, the store manager said that, it will be replaced in next 30 mins, after 15 min when we check the status, they said that, they doesn't have any information on this & they will replace but again said it will take another 30 min. After that again when we check about the status, they repeat the same statement of after 30 min. The images of damaged pizza is attached
This is really disgusting, there is no customer service & customer satisfaction.
