We ordered a 5 pepper pizza ( in one for one free offer of friday) . When the pizza was delivered it was in the damaged condition. All the main topping of pizza was stick to the cardboard pizza box as the shop didnt packed it properly. There was NO stand to support the pizza from falling and moving during the delivery time.
So we called this above shop for refund as it was too late to replace the order and get a new one. They straight away rejected to refund our money . The order was prepaid.
We have never encountered such a pathetic service before from any of our previous orders. They were not accepting their mistake and the manager of the shop was only ready to send a new pizza on account of the damaged pizza. The dinner time had already passed by. So there was no point in replacing the pizza.
We need the refund because these guys need to realize their mistake. If they aren't penalize this time, this incident will repeat . May be not with us but with some other customer.
