Domino's Pizza — I received wrong items and less quality

I placed order from Domino's by zomato in 4th may. Order id [protected]. Amount paid 864 rs. After above 30 minutes i received boxes without carry bag. Very disgusting reputed domino's do like this even it charges taxes 39rs GST and 32rs delivery charge delivery boy given it to my hand. Here both Domino's and Zomato cheated me. Late delivery, No carry bag, Wrong food iems, Less quantity and Delivery boy not even wear mask or safety measures during this time no safety measures by both brands. Then i contact zomato they not given satisfactory resolution they said me to contact directly to Dominos . Then i contacted Domino's i have explained all issue and sent proofs. I asked for refund or replacement with same order but they said they cannot take it back or refund. So i asked delivery that same day because of my kids birthday. But Domino's manager said next day we definitely deliver at same address with same food items which we placed order by zomato. But 8th may today 4 days now. No responsibility. Many times i contacted but not respond. I feel bad because of delay or they don't want to deliver i think. But i have lost my money and happiness of my kid. After i sent proofs and said to return domino's team not responded. Very bad. I recommend not to order anything from Domino's and Zomato
