Dr. Agarwal Eye Hospital — Claim from insurance is settled without undergoing surgery

We have approach for eye surgery for my mother and took the pre Auth approval and my TPA has given the approval for 40000/- rupees. Whereas we have changed the mind and didn't undergo for surgery. But my sum insured amount has been deducted from the policy for said amount. On enquiry with the Good Health TPA they have informed that it has been settled to your hospital. I request your good office to kindly raise a cancelation for said claim I'd as early as possible and do the needful. Seeking your immediate intervention in this regards.
