Being senior citizen I visited this ideal home Dr. Agarwal clinic for general checkup.
After check up I have been asked to meet consulting Dr. Veena. I explained my requirements while reading and working on computer and explained the distance required to operate the computer. She said it will be taken care and she said there is slight change in Power due to age and recommended to go for new glasses. First she suggested to go for progressive lenses and refused for the same due to the issues while reading with progressive lenses and narrated that two time I have rejected the same.
After listening she suggested the bifocal and I placed the order.
1. After receiving I checked and complained to her that while working on computer noticed that display view is horizontal trapezoidal and problem while reading distance. She said the she will correct the trapezoidal issue but will not for long distance issue you to live with it. Then surrenderred the lenses for new one.
2. After receiving the second one I noticed that now the computer display distorted with vertical as trapezoidal. Again I have been asked her to meet. This time she was very rude and she said cannot do anything and you have to go progressive or you use only newspaper reading and not to use with computer. I complained my existing glasses perfectly good for both reading and using with computer and no issues like horizontal or vertical trapezoidal noticed with new one. She was angry again and said go and use the old one and not to come again it is already a third time.
Request to consider my complaint and refund the money or give new defect free lenses.
