I placed order of spectacles, Tuesday, , 2 January 2024 and they had promised to deliver within three days by the end of Friday without fail and also promise to give a call before Friday, but they are totally failed either. Give a call or to deliver the spectacles in time. As such I personally visited the Rajarajeshwari Nagar branch on Saturday morning 9:20 AM, where I had placed the spectacle order, but they are intentionally avoid to deliver my order and simply they are wasting my time half an hour. In fact, those spectacle is ready for deliver but some of the front girls. They told that wait for another 10 to 15 minutes. I don’t know why I am waiting for another 20 minutes, the order is ready, since I have urgent work, even they are not understanding the customers problem and value, even they don’t have any respect in respect of their customers and the step of the doctor Aggarwal is hospitals very responsible and harassing the customers by one or the other way and there working always very negligence manner towards their customers. I search their attitude and Agarwal hospitals working manner is nothing but negligence. As such. Please help me to return my hard earned money of ₹5000 and compensation.
