[Resolved]  Dr Fixit — Water proofing

I had done waterproofing of my balconies with dr.Fixit and the service provider was one m/s fine build calicut. After the treatment there is leakage and dampnes in the room below the balcony. Inspite of repeated followups with m/s fine build and thier area sales manager at ernakulam mr.Raghu they have not yet rectified the same. They are only prolonging the matter by just visiting the site and giving false promises. Request some senior fixit manager call me and resolve the issue. The site is at west hill calicut.
