Winning Amount Withdrawal faded away

Here I want to notify you that I have been using this app. for last 4 months and two days back my winning amount all of sudden faded away from my account and balance shows it zero.
whereas my winning amount was near to Rs. 700.

Kindly guide what to do and i want my winning amount back in my account.

this is very disappointing that I have not been able to participate in upcoming contestants....

Wrongful deduction of balance on account of fair play violation

Sir, i initiated withdrawal of 200₹ and had remaining 250 balance but my withdrawal canceled and my balance wadls deducted in total ₹460 of mine has been deducted by dream11 on account of fairplay violation. It is unfair i did not commit any fraud. It is my hard earney money on dream11 through my continous effort in 200 matches. Now my balance is zero. I want my refund asap...

I and my two friends created accounts in my device and two accounts are already verified i have 100% trust on dream11 but by seeing some questions asked by the customers in different site most people are suffering fro fair play ex: if one person won 100000/- and trying to withdraw and very next minute the got mail from dream11 "you account hase been deactivated due to fair play reason"
Is it real or not i dnt know plz help me br...
