How can we ensure that dream 11 is not changing vice caption and caption by backend with the help of developers and it is possible also.

Money deducted and I was removed from a contest after sending confirmation email

I had joined a contest on 27/05/2017 and received a conformation email ensuring that. However minutes later when i check the app tells me "no joined contest" but the amount is deducted. This is not a way of doing business. I have invested my own money here however small the amount is. I expect an explanation from your dream11 team. This is a disgrace....
