Driveu — I am driver working in this company without enquiry put fine on drivers

I am working in this company from 3 month company put fines late fees 20 and without t shirt 50 fine irrelevant reason without enquiry if i raise a ticket company blocklisting me this happened 4, 5 times so I want complaint against the company
