Ds-Max Properties — Delay in providing refund

Address: DS Max Properties, HBR Layout, Bangalore

I booked a flat in Sky SHUBHAM (310) in June-2022 and cancelled flat in Feb-23 due to lack of funds. Till today (Jul-23), I haven not received single rupee from company and not at all responding to e mails or phone calls.
