DT Cinemas — customer service

I went to watch spider-man homecoming 3D on 14th July'2017 at 8:20pm in DT cinemas, DLF place, Saket with a friend. During intermission we ordered chicken penne pasta, smoked chicken sandwich and coke. They gave us veg pasta without the garlic bread and they told us they will deliver the sandwich at our seat. The entire movie finished and they did not serve our order and instead of chicken pata they served veg pasta with no garlic bread.Is this the standard of Customer service in DT. When my friend asked them they returned the money for sandwich and told him that it has been delivered at a wrong seat. How is that possible. They have completely spoiled everything. This is not at all acceptable. I want you to take action against this and compensate. I have gone to some local theatre to watch a movie. They are charging a bomb and this is the service I got.
