DTC bus service — Ticket issue

Sir i used to go daily from jeewan park to sagarpur from bus route no.879 or outer mudrika. Acc.to rule fare from the listed distance is 5 rs.but bus conductor charge 10 rs.from me daily and when i say them about wrong fare they argue and start shouted on me.. tell me what to do.pls take an appropriate action as soon as possible pls for public welfare.. hope for right decission..
