DTC bus service is very worst route are 502, 725, 505. Their are route bus always behave worst and not properly given to service. school children's have passes in this buses but DTC bus driver and conductor not stop the bus in bus stand and bad language use to anyone.

DTC — Service problem

We are regular passenger of DTC bus Route no. 125 but for one week in the morning time (from 7:00AM to 7:40 AM) from Palla toOld Delhi Railway Station the bus is not available. We are daily waiting for DTC bus but bus is not coming. So we are facing problems.

Please take some favourable steps.

DTC — Not Stopping of Bus at the Bus Stop

Sir,
I am a resident of GTB Enclave.I use to travel to Vivek Vihar on Daily Basis by DTC Bus Service. But I Don’t Know why the Driver never stops the bus at the stop of Sunder Nagari.Just Because of this , I am Always late to my office. For the sake of convenience I Have Noted Down the Bus Numbers and they are
i) DL1P C1503
ii) DL 1P C7207
iii) DL 1P C1554
All these buses ahave authorized stoppage at the stop ‘Sunder Nagari’. But due to their self Benefits they never stop the bus at the same stop in peak office Hours. I have called the concerned authorities again and again but I have got nothing except the fake Promises. I’ m facing a lot of problems on daily basis just because of the carelessness of DTC Drivers. I need to spend more than double of the fare in auto.

My question is that why can’t they stop the bus and not only me there are a lot of people who are facing these problems.I would highly appreciate that if right measures are taken against those drivers and conductors who are misusing their authority. I would be expexting a reply at the earliest. Looking for a positive response…

Drivers dont stop the bus at bus stand.low floor buses doors can open if dirver wants.and they dont open the door at bus stop according to their mood.

No stoppage in the bus stop.

Sir, The bus no ( DLIP C7482)coming from Najafgarh to Nehru Place via Munirka never stopped in Munirka though i showed my hand as a sign of request the driver to stop. It has slowed down and doors were not opened, therefore, i could not get in.( incident at around 9.30 Am in the morning, dated 18.6.10)
At this heat, if i am waiting for a particular bus and after waiting for so long and if it doest stop, ( inspite of knowing that passengers are waiting) how will you feel?
can you help us and remove such anomalies??

We would like to draw your kind attention that there must be normal frequency of above mentioned buses to avoid huge problems while travelling and reaching to the destination by the passengers.

Many passengers come via these route and face lot of problems in commuting.Therefore, you are requested to make available the above buses during office time.

Subject:Complaint regarding Amount of ticket in Low-Floor AC Buses having Non Working AC's.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is with reference to the above subject that in most of the AC Buses wherein the AC's are not working, a passenger has to pay the same amount of ticket as Low-Floor AC buses charge. But here, if ACs are not working then, why does a passenger pay that amount? Either, you give an order to repair those ACs or charge less, might be equal to, as in Green Low floor buses.

Hence, you are suggested to repair the AC's of Low-Floor AC buses or lessen the ticket amount in such buses if ACs do not work.

Dear Sir
I am a regular passenger of DTC bus as usual I was waiting for the bus today at Dabri X-ing bus stand .As the above mention bus no. has come and the bus stop for a few seconds on the stand when I was entering in the bus suddenly the driver closed the door and moving the bus consequently my right hand stuck in the gate than I shouting and conductor was also shouting to stop the bus after 8 to 10 seconds the door opened by the driver my hand free. It was all because of the driver's negligence. This accident happened today in the morning time at 7:20am.I request you to take serious action against the driver and Conductor also.

New Delhi to Jamia Nagar running the 894 Blue Line Bus but this bus is self service not responsible to any public and not care to any public. Kindly carefully to issue the Five to TEN buses Route No 894 and issue the 403 and 402 bus service

Route No. 392 from Sector 62 to Dhaula Kuan. Bus Service is very poor. Your drivers dont follow the route. They always obeys the instructions of private bus operators. Whenever DTC Route No. 392 starts from Dhaula Kuan or Sector 62, one or two goons of private bust operator instruct them how to go. Even some times your driver or conductor dont put the route board and off the lights.

Kindly do the needful because this is the only bus rout which goes via sectors 32/52/53/51/61 and 71.
Most of the times we wait for the bus one hour to two hour for AIIMS etc.

I request you to kindly increase the frequency of DTC Mudrika(not bahari mudrika), because due to increase in Fares, it's really difficult to travel.
While private Mudrika takes double time to reach the destination.
Increase in frequency of DTC Mudrika, can really be helpful.
Please consider the issue, it can solve problems for many people.

me dhaula kuan se noida DTC bus no 392 se jata hu dhaula kuan se bus kabhi time se nahi chalti kyoki private bus vale DTC bus driver ko 100 rupes dete hai jisse DTC bus driver tab tak bus nahi chalata jab tak private bus vala apni bus vaha se nahi le jata aur uske 10 min baad DTC bus chalti hai agar private bus kahi DTC bus driver ko dikh jaye to vo apni bus rok leta hai.

Bus Fare is too much from noida to delhi.Its like 3 time to the previous one .So common man who travels a lot from delhi to noida n vice versa is very much affected by this change.My request to the government is that please think about the commonn man who pays lots of tax for the country.We will keep paying all the bills and fares as usual but pay more attention to stop all these hikes in fares and all.For God sake lets us live a good life.

Route No.479 Badarpur to Wazirpur Depot is not available at Office coming and Office to house going time there is not DTC buses available. I was waiting yesterday since 70 to 90 minutes for Route No.479 . but there is no buses in time. After 90 minutes a DTC Bus come and ask him why late the buses services he said that blue lines buses contactor/drives or many dalal of blue lines buses they thread them if they go before their buses they bit them otherwise you come after all blue lines buses then you can go otherwise they bit them. Why? Please stop the Blue lines services from Route No.479 & Route No.460 then we will travel savely and reach our home in time. We request you please attention the matter in urgently.

My complanits is about DTC route no 34, (From Mehrauli to Noida). As you know all the blue line buses are not available in this route. DTC buses are also not available in time. From last 4/5 days the 1st DTC bus runs form Mehrauli after 7.30 AM, but the passengers are waiting form 6 AM. After 1-2 hour while the bus runs and it is also with 20-25 minutes gap, only one or two stands are enough to full of pack the bus, so please consider my request and arrange DTC buses from 6.00 to 6.15Am onwards.Thanking you.

My complanits is about DTC route no 492, (From Noida, GolChakkar to NehruPlace). As you know all the blue line buses are not available in this route. DTC buses are also not available in time. From last 6/7 days the 1st DTC bus runs form Mehrauli after 6.00 AM.There is no fix timings after that, it may take 1/2/3 hr for the next bus to come, so please consider my request and arrange DTC buses from 6.00 am onwards and approximately after 15 mins.Thanking you.

I am informing you that the bus not came till then 1 to 1.30.hours in After noon time on Chirag delhi bus stop. I think this site or the internet for complaints for a subject is just fake, only fake process by the DTC, so many time I tried to draw your attention for the same story but, no one want to heare it. Naither the situation chang nor any body tried to lookafter the problem. I just tried to repeat the same story about ruoute no. 34, (Mehrauli to Noida) please try to understand our problem, every day I am getting late, On the month of January my salary cut of[censored]p to 7days due to late entry, so please help us, try to run the bus form 6.30 am onwards, besides it due to havy rush on the buses so many passengers are not taking their teket, so this is my sugession to you please try to cheak the passengesr at morning time at least 2 days a week. thanks

But Kuch time se ye saari buses chalni band ho gai ha... Wo saari buses (Palam, Dabri) ke routew par chala di hai... or us route par jyada passenger bhi nahin hai... or Dwarka Wale route par Us Route Ke Mukabla 5 Guna Passenger Travel Karte Hai... 778 route ki kuch buses hi is route par hai lekin 761 or 721 ki to saari buses band kar di hai ... yaha ke passengers ko Private buses mein jaana padta hai or Private buses ke cundectore battamizi se baat karte hai ... or apni manmaani chalate hai kyon ki hamare is route par ab ek bhi DTc ki bus nahin aati...is wajah se hame bahut pareshaani ka saamna uthana pad raha hai...

to aap se haath jodkar request hai ki hamari is problam ko kjald se jald solve kare...

ROUTE NO 740 IS NOT RUNNING PROPER ROUTE. THAT ROUTE IS DEPEND ON CONDUCTOR & DRIVER.  THEY ARE  CHANGES THE ROUTE FROM SUGERPUR TO UTTAM NAGAR.  THE BUS SHOULD BE RUN SUGARPUR  VIA IN SIDE JANAKPURI BUT NOT DO LIKE THIS.  MAXIMUM BUSES RUN OUTSIDE VIA PANKHA ROAD.  PLEASE DO NEEDFULL & OBLIZE.

I AGREE WITH MOHD. SOOD...actually there is very less bus service for 894-A. issue of more buses of this number is neccessary.

Best bus route no 615 — time of buses

I am daily travel by 615 from dharavi depot to khar station east. since last 4 day 9.15 bus not come on time.Now they told us services stop of this rout 9.to 10.00 am . there for people faces problem,
i m request to the best offiecr plz stat srevice of this early as possiable

i would request you to please add some more buses on the route of 861 ( which is tilak nagar to jahangir puri) buses are very less, and ladies are facing lot of troubles like torcher/sextual harasment. request you to add some more buses without any delay to avoid any mishappening.

root no.438 & 455 from jaitpur, badarpur and also
bus not available before 8 a m . So we the people
of jaitpur facing problem to travel towards ISBT &
Old Delhi Railway station. Kindly arrange more buses
on above roots on priority basis.

This is to bring it to your kind notice that there is no direct bus connectivity between A.V. Nagar/Sadiq Nagar to Katwaria Sarai. Since A.V. Nagar/Sadiq Nagar is a Govt. colony, a large number of residents are working in offices located at Qutub Institutional Area, Katwaria Sarai. To reach Katwaria Sarai from A.V. Nagar/Sadiq Nagar, we have to take a bus first for Panchsheel Park and then walk upto Metro Station, Hauz Khas to take another bus for Katwaria Sarai after waiting sometimes for upto 40-45 minutes as there is only one bus service on this route i.e. route no. 511 which is quite irregular and its frequency is required to be increased. In view of the above, it is requested to kindly provide a direct bus service between A, V. Nagar/Sadiq Nagar or to divert some of the existing bus route like route no.764 via A.V. Nagar/Sadiq Nagar to Katwaria Sarai to redress our grievance in this regard

yesterday at NETAJA SUBHAS PLACE a bus driver misbehaves with me. the time was around 6pm and the no. of the bus was[protected].
i kindly request you to take some actions against that driver.
around 6 pm this bus was coming it was full of passengers. so some passengers decided to board from front side even i so. when i boarded the bus, the bus driver rudly asked me to get out of the bus. when i refused he came out of the bus and pulled me badly from the bus.

DTC complaint — No Bus Service

Its a complaint regarding No Bus Service of DTC Bus of Route No. 588. On Monday 29th Aug 2011, I reached at Tilak Nagar Bus Stop around 6:30 AM. Some people were standing already at bus stop since 6:00 AM. Finally bus came at 7:45 AM due to which we all got late to reach office. Since most of the passengers were communting to Gurgaon. Here I would like to say If government cannot provide regular bus services then why did they stop Blue Line Bus Services.

we both and our whole colony are facing problem due to less bus services of bus 889...
The bus no.889 has limited timing 5;30am to 9;30am... only bcoz of this we are not able to go anywhere for the whole day...

We dont have anyother options than bus... we all are totally depend on that bus because
there are no rishaw wala and auto rikshaw are available on that route as well...

i am requesting you to kindly provide more DTC bus no.889 services on that route...

kindly pay attention on that concern as soon as possible

I am traveling from Nangloi, Delhi to Noida via Metro till Noida Sector-16 and than via bus Rout No.392 till Noida Sector-60. This is the only convenience for Shopprix mall. Almost every Bus (Rout No.392) mostly drop down the passengers before Red Light or if Signal is Red than sometimes on Red Light. No matter to them where is the bus stand they just feel there comfort. At the time of drop down passengers they drop anywhere but at the time of pick up the passengers they even not stop the bus either on the Bust Stop or on the Red Signal. Mostly is happen to Noida Sector-16 and some times 12-122 stand also where every body think that at least bus will be stop here but some times they not stopping bus here also. and daily it is common that 3-4 bus comes together and next bus comes after 30 minutes to 1hr later. Today on at 11 am[protected] Noida Sector 16 on bus Rout No.392 was come I was expecting that the bus will be stop here at red signal as normally daily happen. I thought he will open the door but he didn't it i just cross the road where other bus drive picking the passengers i thought he will stop here conductor also said him to open the bus but driver didn't it. i didn't not the bus number.

After that i went to the Noida Sector -22, Where at least 45 minutes later comes next Rout No.392 Bus. I just asked to him if he know the bus number which gone before it. He asked me the reason for that, I just tell him that i want to register a complain against that bus driver. But he start argue with me and try to threaten me if he will think even about complaint he will through away to me and my mobile from outside the bus. He picked my Collar and shake me and push me very hardly. When people comes between us than he leave me. People suggest me to register a complaint on complaint book I have done this with the help of people supporting me. and didn't not mentioned my complaint on right way and not see the number of bus again. But I have the ticket of that Bus here is mentioned on ticket UP 153 On and one another number is 26573 and UP 957 On and one another number is 70011 I am attaching the tickets pick also. He treated with me and the people who supporting me very rudely. Kindly take the action of this Driver and Please try to make the equal frequency of the buses. Hope the complaint will be considered and will take any action against the Driver.
