DTDC Courier & Cargo — Cheating

A few days ago, on March 6, a courier of mine was coming from DTDC. I also received a message of 1 OTP from DTDC. But in the evening, the delivery person did not call me, did not ask for any OTP from me. The reason was given as the door was locked. I received the message of the same. When the message came, I was at home. When I contacted DTDC customer care, they told me that my courier would come the next day. And similarly, the next day, I received the OTP again in the afternoon. Again in the evening, I received the message of Delivered. When I received the message, I was still at home. But I did not receive any such courier. When I contacted Customer Care again, they told me that my courier had been received by someone else. After that, they gave me a complaint number. I called Customer Care every day and asked, but DTDC people closed my complaint without my knowledge. Till now, I have not received my courier.

I request everyone that no one should do courier from DTDC. All the people from DTDC are FRAUD. And some people in customer care also speak very rudely.
