My package with tracking no. K28296677 has been booked on 25th February 2021 from Haldia, west bengal to deliver it to Howrah, Kolkata(Pin- 711104) with proper address and phone number. The packet has been there in Howrah from 26th February 2021 from that day to today (28th september 2021) and my shipment status is showing that "Not Delivered(ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR))". Earlier we were told that it will be delivered within 2 working days. Can you tell me what am i supposed to do right now?

I have been reading a similar situation here and my parcel is also not getting delivered. I think they definitely need to look into this situation. My house in gated society but isn't under restricted so the delivery person should be responsible and at least update they didn't get time to call person hence parcel is delayed and will deliver next day not the other way round - Reference number K41028880
