What happened to the parcel??did you received it??
I have to receive two parcels from Hyderabad to Kerala with pin code of destination 679331.One parcel is a bag which contains my all academic original certificates, marklists and other all important documents.Another parcel was a phone.Those were sent on 07-03-22. Still I can't track the location of the parcels with the consignment numbers given. My certificates parcels are very important. Please help me.When we contacted one DTDC person he tells that those were sent but they didn't upload it online.I am very worried.If I lose my certificates I will be in great trouble. Please save me
