DTDC Courier & Cargo — Fake delivered in web status

The tracking number is 7x[protected]; showing as delivered but that is fake. Called the customer service several times and one insisted that it has been delivered and the other said that it will be delivered as soon as possible. The building has CCTV and it should be easy to verify. They have send me an SMS with an OTP but so far nobody has asked for the OTP. How the item can be delivered without OTP?

Updated by ckmsl On 14th Nov, I got a SMS that my item is out for delivery and the OTP also came in the same SMS
After 1 hr, I received an SMS that my item has been delivered

But I didn't receive it not anybody asked me for the OTP

I called the customer service and she told me that it will be delivered by 6:30 same day evening

I also put a complaint on their web form. Next day some one responded with the delivered messgage

I have made more than 12 phone calls to DTDC but they have not bothered
