We shipped a parcel from Gurugram, Haryana India with AMB :F32323723 on 13th August 2024. It was supposed to be delivered at Faridabad, Haryana, India. DTDC showed on 16th August 2024 that the parcel has been delivered successfully. When we complained that it has not been delivered, they could not even produce the receiver's signature and told us that we will investigate and comeback on whereabouts of the parcel. Since then we have been given a run around by DTDC customer service with a standard reply "The issue has been escalated and backend team is investigating" for last 20 days its the same response. They do not share the escalation matrix and not willing let us speak with their supervisors as well. If we speak politely, they start acting cranky and rude. They threw us back in the IVR if we ask for the supervisor or Manage. I have been into customer service industry for over 20 years and this is the most pathetic customer service that I have ever seen. Was this information helpful? |
