Address: My DTDC App, Booking done from Gorakhpur |
Please find the details below:
1. I Booked a courier on 7 Aug on My DTDC App from Gorakhpur to Kolkata (AWB F[protected], my courier was picked up 8 Aug 22.
2. The delivery boy did not provide booking invoice, only acknowledgment slip. I asked for the invoice, he does not have any to provide & said will check with branch manager.
3. The branch manager said the booking was done through My DTDC App so can't provide invoice from branch.
4. I contacted customer support ([protected]) & raised a ticket online on 8 Aug 22. They said the invoice will be sent by the by the backend team in 24hrs but till now I Didn't receive.
5. I contacted customer support ([protected]) & raised a ticket online again on 9 Aug 22. They said the invoice will be sent by the by the backend team in 24hrs but till now I Didn't receive.
6. I contacted customer support ([protected]) & raised a ticket online again on 10 Aug 22. They said the invoice will be sent by the by the backend team in 24hrs but till now I Didn't receive.
