DTDC Courier & Cargo — Product missing

My product with tracking number D50144750 found empty, even i called the delivery boy he told me that this parcel was of 30 k.g and denied to gave the contact number of dtdc
Firstly it was a smart watch, so how can it be of 30.k.g
Secondly how he was not having the Contact number

The delivery person took 10 minutes to reach my home after calling me from 10 meter away from house,

This was my 1st experience with dtdc, and it was a shocker, as the parcel i got is empty,

I used to have fedex, this was the 1st time i used dtdc, and was all amazed by the poor quality of customer handling plus customer service, ,

Where is my product, why is it empty, to whome i can contact, , what is the direct number of dtdc...

I left shocking here with your sercices

Updated by Utkarshs Till now, no one contacted me, neither there is any reply from dtdc, , will i get my product, or i lost it?? I found my parcel missing
