DTDC Courier & Cargo — Refusal to deliver the courier

My courier No:T04769857 reached Ernakulam on 14.08.2021 but the dtdc centre refuse to do home delivery and saying "come to the office and collect it if you want, we will not deliver and you do what ever you want" i complaint to dtdc more that 10 times through also sending plenty emails to them. But everyday they say that they will definitely deliver today but not yet delivered till now(31.08.21), Today they are saying that we are returning courier back to haryana because i am not available.As per the site i am not available for deliver but nobody called me for the delivery of the Courier. DTDC Courier & Cargo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Sep 01, 2021 Updated by alphaecho9 After giving so much of telephone complaints and sending emails, the customer care says that they already send my courier back sender and disconnecting my phone calls. Please advice me what to do now and how to proceed further to get my medicines which is inside the courier.
