Hi i'm writing this email with great disappointment. I have never experienced such a worst service till now. I have booked a product from pepper fry.com and today afternoon i received a call from ur courier guy regarding the delivery. I have informed him that i'm in office and my parents are at home. I have asked him to deliver the product. He said he is unable to trace the address. I said i will send the person in 2 mins i have asked him to wait for 2mins. He started shouting on me and started using abusive language and very rude.
This is not the kind of service we expect from a reputed company like dtdc. You people are spoiling your own image.
Are you expecting us to be at home 24*7 to collect the parcel??? When i called him next time he asked me to come to the office and collect the courier.
Why should i come and collect if you cannot deliver it to the customers place then shut down your service.
I have called on the number which i have received from your end regarding the same issue. She said she is from 3rd party to dtdc and she is from dotzot
Not from dtdc[protected]. I don't understand who all are accessing my personal number.
I want my parcel to be delivered by tomorrow at any cost.
