Hello,
i had some important documents to be delivered. From noida to greater noida. The distance is less than 20 kms between the location of pick up and delivery. On the third day when i did not receive the delivery, i tried to contact the customer care, no one answers. On emailing them there is no response. Its been 9 days and i haven;t received my important documents yet.
The tracking number is z75096433.

This has been the worst service ever from any courier company.

The courier Reference No.B35070761, Bangalore To Nellore, Tada. Booked Date on 26th July 2016. one piece parcel. But the parcel is now going on Hyderabad.

My request is the courier boy don't see on the box name and address. So why this parcel going to that place.

Please clarify and arrange the parcel As soon as possible.

Why can't received my replacement product steel now?
It's showing Sat, 03rd Sep'16|11:13 Hrs Out For Delivery Serampore hub.
It's already pending from 28th july 2016. Above 40 days.
I do sending two image pls following it.And resolve my problem ASAP.
