Dvvnl — corruption and bill sent after cutoff of connection

We have taken three electricity connection in aligarh up by dvvnl with connection numbers 838535, 843018 and 843019 on 10-4-15, 4-6-15 and 17-8-15 respectively. On date 10-04-15, 04-06-15 and 17-08-15 our meter was connected on all connections in which first one is domestic while other two are commercial and metre show prices with reading in domestic connection of 2 kilowatt and 1345 units all up to 23-1-17 when our connection was cut off costing rupees 29563 rupees while our commercial one (1kilowatt both) who also cut off on the same day it cost in rupees 37461 for 159 units while rupees 61770 for account number 843019 which was said damaged here what is our fault that if our metre was damage the charge prices without rules as when we compare our domestic bill from other ones the fix charges was also different for the same 2 kilowatt connection we have complained in aligarh iglas at electricity unit department and also complaint in public helpline number 1912 but no response came please solve our problems and order dvvnl for electricity bill correction if our problem would not be solved we would not pay revenue if want it is our complaint numbers of 1912 1st dv[protected] on 26-6-17 and other one dv[protected] on 7-7-17. It is not our condition probably other peoples are facing this problem too.in this series we went iglas at axion and served our problem then they refer to submit 1000 rupee to remove all penalties over the bills and will correct all the bills but when we paid rupees thousand at electricity power house beswan (Aligarh) on 26-05-17 their refer to go iglas for electricity bill correction and penalty removal and there they changed our price value of bill of account 843019 in which it was left of rupees 48353 from 61770 in which our penalty was neglected but the bill was not corrected at all. We demanded some details under "jan suchna adhiniyam 2005" in that it was written that 'if there would be any problem or any defect in electricity metres there would be no penalty' but as i said that there was a penality of rupees 13417 rupees in our electricity bill although when we use online electricity bill maker for our domestic connection on account 838535 our total revenue comes out rupees 6285 instead our bill was of rupees 29563 of 30 months (Appx.) up to our connection was cut off from the starting year. If they say it is our penalty that we have not paid our bills on time then who gonna pay them revenue in a such a manner. There is a lot corruption in dvvnl please make correction in the bills otherwise we and other people won't able to pay the bill we hope you will solve our problems and you would not be like other ones.
